I was brought into Deakin University as a consultant to devise and create their first Digital Centre of Excellence.
The goal was to uplift the design maturity across all staff at the university who were involved in the design and delivery of digital experiences for students and staff.
It contained a suite of design techniques, templates, tools and case studies as well as playing a key role in driving advocacy for good design across the organisation.
The Centre also set out a framework for building design skills and knowledge for staff in diverse roles and with different levels of experience
